A Pride of the Southland member falls in line before the Vols play Kentucky on Nov. 12, 2016.

Biography

Brent Cimaglia is an in-state kicker from Franklin that most recruiting services consider to be one of the top 10 kickers in the country for the class of 2017.

Rankings

247Sports: No. 6 kicker for the class of 2017

Rivals: No. 5 kicker for the class of 2017

ESPN: No. 13 kicker for the class of 2017

Offers

Cimaglia had Division I offers from Southern Miss and Tennessee.

Film Review

Kicker film may not seem that exciting, but Cimaglia’s highlight tape will break that stigma. Despite having a punt attempt in which he turned a near-disastrous high snap into a punt downed just short of the goal line, the film speaks for itself. Cimaglia puts plenty of kickoffs through the back of the end zone and hits multiple times from 40-plus yards on field goals. The Vols may have their next Aaron Medley, or better.
