Film Review

Christmas-Giles possesses good size at approximately 6’3” and 285 pounds, and he is also extremely athletic as well. He explodes from his stance off the line of scrimmage regularly, which wreaks havoc on opposing offenses. He uses this quick burst to consistently beat offensive lineman, as he is nearly in the backfield by the time the offensive lineman can raise up into their stance. He utilizes his hands effectively to get off of blocks.

He possesses a wealth of athletic ability and explosiveness. Although he is not the fastest player, he is quick and he uses his size and strength to create power and regularly disrupt the offense. At around the 2:20 mark in the above film, he demonstrates this disruptive ability by bulldozing his way through two blockers to quickly get into the backfield. His talents would certainly be welcome on any defense, and he will further bolster Tennessee’s strong defensive line.
