Arts and Culture ‘Hunger Games’ Ball Photo Gallery Kordell Young November 16, 2014 A “Hunger Games” themed ball took place at Cocoa Moon on Nov. 14. Guests dressed in Capitol inspired fashion, and all proceeds went to charity. The infamous Mocking Jay pendant is worn at the event. A “Hunger Games” themed ball took place at Cocoa Moon on Nov. 14. Roberto sports face paint at the ball. Wendy and Travis dress in Capitol attire like that in the “Hunger Games” books and movies. Colorful hair and attire filled Cocoa Moon during the ball. Cocoa Moon’s entire event was for this charity where they held a silent auction. Susan poses in her costume. Decorations lit up Cocoa Moon. Matt sports his District 12 attire. Martha Cate and Andy enjoyed their time at the party. Magician Mcee and Bartender Chris worked the event. Creative costumes and makeup were the norm at the “Hunger Games” themed ball. These were prizes up for auction that guests could buy. The proceeds were given to a children’s charity. The infamous Mocking Jay pendant is worn at the event. People danced and mingled at the event.
