Sunday, the Tennessee Titans get defeated once again by the San Francisco 49ers, 31-17.

Despite the defeat both teams fought to the end, literally. The Titans and the 49ers got into a little scuffle two times towards the end of the game one of them starting with Zach Brown which ended with a penalty. Both scuffles ended quickly though.

The game began with the 49ers up by 3 to the Titans’ 0. Then finally the Tennessee Titans scored towards the 3rd quarter but by that time the San Francisco 49ers were up by 21 (24 points to the Titans’ 3). Finally towards the end the Titans start to show some progress by scoring two touchdowns but by then it was too late because the 49ers were significantly ahead of the Titans, 31 to the Titans’ 17 points. Guess the Titans didn’t fight hard enough.

Key players in the game were the quarterbacks Jake Locker and Ryan Fitzpatrick. Jake Locker played his first game since his hip injury and played well but it wasn’t enough to lead the Titans to victory. Locker sprained his right hip and right knee in the September 29th win over the Jets in Nashville. Hopefully Jack Locker’s return will help the Titans to win the next game against St. Louis Rams.

The lost against the 49ers is the third lost in a row for the Titans. Will Titans be able to comeback during the next game or will they fall short again? Stay tuned to find out.
