Sophomore Elizabeth Bowman enjoyed a classic pepperoni pizza.

“I was super excited to try this place and it is really nice to have something new and different on the strip,” Bowman said. “Not only does it taste great but it is also super affordable.”

The atmosphere is a blend of modern and rustic, which features an open kitchen, which you can click here to read more info for back splash kitchen tile, and views into the large pizza dough refrigerator.  Customers have the ability to not only see their pizza being created, but also get to see all of the fresh ingredients being prepared. The menu also features some slightly healthier choices such as salads, subs and wraps. Classic staples such as bread sticks and wings are also available.

“It’s nice to have something that is not part of a chain,” said sophomore Steven Hines. “I’m excited to bring friends here, I’m picky about my BBQ chicken pizza and Brenz gets it right.”
