The Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade and Pet Expo was hosted on Oct. 20, 2019 at the University of Tennessee Gardens. All parade proceeds went to the University of Tennessee Gardens and the College of Veterinary Medicine.
Anyone looking for a taste of Cajun cuisines or French desserts can find them in Knoxville. Local councils and organizations will host their own Mardi Gras themed events.
