Tennessee Titans set to play home game in LP Field on November 10th, at 1:00 PM ET, against Jacksonville Jaguars

This Sunday, at 1:00 p.m. ET, the Tennessee Titans will play a home game, at LP Field, against the Jacksonville Jaguars.  The Titans (4-4) are favored this year in large part because of a disappointing Jaguars record (0-8).

The Jaguars have been criticized for their run defense and face problems after the recent suspension of wide receiver Justin Blackmon. The Titans are a strong favorite, especially following their recent 28-21 win against the St. Louis Rams which commentators credit to a rejuvenated ground game. The Titans are expected to push heavily to move over .500.

Speaking to Blackmon’s suspension, coach Gus Bradley said, “It was disappointing… for him and for our team to find out the information.” He continued, “I think for me right now, the best thing for us and our organization is we’re focusing on our team and the tasks that we have in front of us.”

The Titans averaged 119.8 yards on the ground in their first four, then 80.3 run yards during their skid. Coach Mike Munchak said “That’s our formula to win. The running game really is what made it happen.”

While Jacksonville has lost 13 straight games, it’s last victory was over the Titans on November 25th. Only Sunday will tell if this feat is to be repeated or if the Titans will take one step closer to the playoff conversation.
