Titans step into Seattle Stadium for game with Seahawks this Sunday

Tennessee Titans will play the Seahawks in Seattle this Sunday, October 13th.

This Sunday the Tennessee Titans will play the Seahawks in Seattle at Century Link Field.

The Seahawks hold 10 consecutive home victories dating back to Dec. 24, 2011 where they lost a slug-fest to the 49ers 19-17.

Seattle is looking to get back on track after the Indianapolis Colts handed them their first loss of the year.

Due to the incredible noise volume of it’s home fan, the Seahawks stadium is considered by some the best home field advantage in the NFL. 30 turnovers have occurred in the building during the recent 10 game win streak. The Titans, who had not turned the ball over at all the first four weeks, threw two interceptions last week, courtesy of temporary starting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Tennessee is looking to rebound off of the recent 26-17 loss to Kansas City and are hoping to recreate the last game they played against the Seahawks when they beat Seattle on Jan. 3, 2010. Most fans remember this game as the “CJ2K game” where Titans running back Chris Johnson became one of the seven running backs in history to pass 2,000 yard rushing mark.

Tennessee will need their defense, who is 10th in the league in points allowed, to step up and create turnovers if the Titans hope to end the 10-0 home streak that Seattle has built.

The game begins Sunday, October 13, at 4:05 PM EDT.
