T.T. Linda Nguyen is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and majored Journalism and Electronic Media. She was born in Knoxville and attended West High School.

Nguyen joined the Tennessee Journalist in Fall 2009. She worked as a reporter, radio DJ (TNJN's The Music Hour), the Assistant Operations Editor and Video Editor until she graduated in Fall 2010.

In Summer 2010, Nguyen was also an online intern for Knoxville News Sentinel where she helped manage its three main sites: KnoxNews.com, Knoxville.com and GoVolsXtra.com

Nguyen is currently an Associate Producer at Channel 6 WATE, the ABC affiliate in Knoxville.

She also works as the Production Director at The Volunteer Channel (TVC-UTTV), the TV station for the University of Tennessee, which produces 12 student-directed shows and involves over 200 students and volunteers. She teaches studio operations, editing and video production. She also supervises JEM 175, practicum and independent study students who use TVC for course credit.

In her free time, Nguyen blogs about her life, listens to new music, plays the ukulele and tweets occasionally.
