Rachel Noe is a sophomore pursuing two degrees. She is studying Enterprise Management and Journalism and Electronic Media. During the spring, she plans to volunteer with the Knox County Library. Rachel attends church and Bible study regularly, and she hopes to further her knowledge of ballroom dance through the new ballroom club on campus.
