Kimberly is a senior at the University of Tennessee, majoring in Nutrition and minoring in Journalism and Electronic Media and Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism. While studying abroad in Spain and New Zealand, Kimberly developed a love for food and wine. After graduation in the spring of 2009, she plans to write a cookbook and continue her quest to become a food journalist. Her dream is to own a winery and restaurant.
