Katherine Collins is native to Knoxville and graduated as salutatorian from Karns High School in 2007. Katherine is a sophomore at the University of Tennessee, working on a degree in journalism and electronic media. In her free time, she loves to bake and loves to get creative with cupcakes, cakes, chocolate and cookies. Although she feels uncertain about her future, Katherine looks forward to the challenges that will shape her development as an individual.
