All Campus Events (ACE) is now accepting applications for new members of the 20-person committee. Applications are due March 1 by 5 p.m. in the University Center Room 305.

Committee members take part in the planning of four major events that take place every year, including Homecoming, Volunteer Challenge, All-Sing, and Carnicus.

“All Campus Events looks for members who love the University of Tennessee and its longstanding traditions,” said Committee Chair for All Campus Events Lauren Charles. “For example, this year is the 80th Anniversary of All-Sing and the 100th Anniversary of Carnicus!”

According to Charles, applicants need to have knowledge of the four major events ACE is responsible for during the school year.

“We want our members to encompass all of campus and the varieties of student life. Plus, we want people who will bring ideas to help continually revamp our events,” she said.

“All Campus Events is a great opportunity to see the planning and execution of major campus events. Being able to be directly involved with these longstanding events is an amazing experience!” said Charles.
