The Tennessee Journalist's online radio program kicked off Thursday with "Travel Talk," a show that covers international issues.

'Travel Talk' will feature foreign exchange and study abroad students who will discuss their cultural experiences here at UT.

Hosted by Dinara Aprymova and Alyssa Michie, "Travel Talk" will feature foreign exchange and study abroad students who will discuss their cultural experiences here at UT as well as around the world.

Guests are asked about what studying abroad is like and how it has shaped their impressions of foreign countries.

Thursday's show focused on show host Dinara, who is a foreign exchange student from Kazakhstan, as well as two guests from Japan and Mexico. The students discussed topics that ranged from interesting food to family traditions.

"Travel Talk" will air every Thursday at 4 p.m. this semester. Previously recorded shows are available on Talkshoe.com.
