Quarterbacks

Peyton Manning was 34 of 50, finishing with 318 yards and a touchdown for the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts beat the Texans 20-17 to remain undefeated. Manning attempted 40 passes in the first half alone.

Offensive Linemen

Scott Wells and Chad Clifton helped Ryan Grant rush for 96 yards and a touchdown in the Green Bay Packers' 38-28 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs got their first win of 2009.

Wide Receivers

Kelley Washington had a quiet day for the Baltimore Ravens. He finished with one catch for 10 yards as the Bengals defeated the Ravens 17-7.

Robert Meachem continues to have a good season in the high-powered New Orleans Saints' offense. He led the team with five catches for 98 yards and a touchdown in the Saints' 30-20 victory over the Panthers.

Tight Ends

Jason Witten led the Dallas Cowboys in catches with seven and finished with 43 yards. The Cowboys won a key NFC East game on the road against the Eagles, 20-16.

Defensive Lineman

Aubrayo Franklin finished with five tackles for the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers lost to the Tennessee Titans 34-27.

John Henderson had a tackle and a sack in the Jacksonville Jaguars' 24-21 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Robert Ayers finished with only two tackles but scored the only touchdown for the Denver Broncos. He picked up a fumble and returned it 54 yards for the touchdown. The Broncos came up short, though, in a 28-10 loss against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Albert Haynesworth contributed four tackles in the Washington Redskins' 31-17 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

Turk McBride finished with three tackles for the Detroit Lions. The Lions lost to the Seahawks 32-20.

Linebackers

Parys Haralson recorded three tackles in the San Francisco 49ers' loss to the Titans.

Jerod Mayo had a good day as the New England Patriots beat the Dolphins 27-17. Mayo finished with 12 tackles.

Defensive Backs

Jabari Greer had two tackles as the New Orleans Saints beat the Panthers 30-20. The Saints improved to 8-0.

Gibril Wilson finished with four tackles for the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins lost to the Patriots 27-17.

Deon Grant finished with two tackles and also had one of the Seattle Seahawks' five interceptions. The Seahawks beat the Lions 32-20.

Jason Allen had three tackles and a pass deflection in the Miami Dolphins lost to the Patriots.

Kickers

Dustin Colquitt had seven punts for an average of 46.6 yards with a long of 70 yards for the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs lost to the Jaguars 24-21.
