Sunday 11/1/09
An officer was dispatched to the G-7 parking garage. The officer found a vehicle with an open door that smelled strongly of marijuana. The owner was contacted. When he arrived on the scene, the owner stated that he left the door open and that he had a bag of marijuana under the floor board. After the officer searched the car, a bag of marijuana was found.
Monday 11/2/09
An officer was dispatched to Hodges Library Starbucks in reference to a disturbance. The suspect had barged into the manager's office and according to the manager stated "They need to give me respect. People that don't give respect end up getting stabbed, and people that don't give respect end up getting shot."
Wednesday 11/4/09
An officer was dispatched to Hodges Library Starbucks. The complaintant stated that the suspect deliberately spilled a large plastic cup of water on the store's floor. The complaintant also stated that the suspect never makes purchases and he panhandles and harasses customers.
Saturday 11/7/09
An officer was dispatched to the C-6 parking lot to investigate a vandalism and theft. The victim stated that one of his canopies had been stolen and the other was damaged beyond use. There were several other canopies in the area stolen and damaged.
Sunday 11/8/09
An officer was dispatched to Gus's Good Times Deli. The complaintant stated that he made a delivery at Clement Hall. When he gave the suspects the food, they paid with a hundred dollar bill. As the complaintant was walking away, he noticed the bill was counterfeit. He was unable to locate the individuals.
