The Sustainable Living Roadshow made a stop at UT Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 27-28, to inform students and members of the community how to promote sustainable living in Knoxville.

The group of volunteers set up a number of booths at Fiji Island for the event, which included carnival-like games, educational workshops, clothing merchandise and various environmental freebies. Several bands also played in performances throughout the weekend.

While the traveling group originated in San Francisco, its members decided it was time to stop preaching to the choir and spread their message across the nation. Their next stop after Knoxville will be at the University of New Orleans.
