If you are anything like me, you're broke, perpetually hungry and always looking for a deal. Luckily, TGI Friday's offers for everyone to enjoy, stretching every day of the week.

"Free food and affordable drinks make it hard to resist Friday's," Justin Daugherty, student in sport management, said.

Friday's happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4 - 7 p.m. and includes the following free foods, as long as you're seated in the bar area:

  • Monday: Pasta Night - Choose from marinara, diced chicken, mushrooms, onions, olives and parmesan cheese.
  • Tuesday: Nacho Night - Select ground beef, onions, tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, salsa, sour cream or queso.
  • Wednesday: Wing Night - Your choice of tomatoes Buffalo wings or Jack Daniel's glazed wings with bleu cheese or ranch dressing, carrots and celery
  • Thursday: Taco Night - Choose from ground beef, mixed cheese, tomatoes, onions, olives, jalapenos, salsa and sour cream.
  • Friday: Stir Fry Night - Choose from chicken or steak, green and red peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli and rice.

If there is not an employee preparing free food in the bar, ½ off appetizers are its replacement from 4 - 7 p.m. and again after 10 p.m. until close.

There are also various drink specials, including $2.50 domestic bottles of beer, $2.00 draft pints, $7.95 pitchers, $2.50 liquor/mixed drinks and $2.95 glasses of wine.

On Saturday, Friday's offers its brand-new alcoholic beverage, the Tennessee Peach, for $2.50. It contains Jack Daniel's whiskey, peach Schnapps, splashes of cranberry juice, orange juice and Sprite and is deliciously refreshing.

For those of you with children, Sunday is a day for the entire family. For every adult entrée purchased, kids under 12 eat for free off the kids' menu.

Friday's has just begun hosting "Super Sundays," which is another bar special, lasting all day long. Not only are there $7.95 Coors Light and Miller Lite pitchers, but they are now offering all-you-can-eat-wings for $7.99.
