As the theme of "What have you done lately?" bounces around the University of Tennessee this week, it has caught the voters as well. Texas Tech uses a win over previously top-ranked Texas to jump to the No. 1 spot.
Alabama's win over Arkansas State was enough to move them into a tie with Penn State for the second spot, as Penn State was off last weekend. Florida uses a big win over Georgia to move into a tie with Texas for the fourth spot.
Despite a big win over Nebraska, Oklahoma falls from fourth to eighth.
Voting in this week's poll is Ben Dishong, Cliff Chartrand, Andrew Gibbs, Matt Rock and Chris Mitchell.
