Monday

Women's College Basketball: Tennessee at Duke, 7 p.m. on ESPN2

Last year Duke came into Knoxville and won in a game that was better remembered for a topless Bruce Pearl. Bet you Coach K does nothing like that.

World Wrestling Entertainment: Monday Night Raw, 9 p.m. on USA

The closest thing guys have to a soap opera. John Cena returned two months ahead of schedule after a pec injury to win the Royal Rumble last night.

Tuesday

Men's College Basketball: Virginia Commonwealth at George Mason, 7 p.m. on ESPN2

Two of the top mid-major programs in the nation square off in this one. Eric Maynor will look to lead VCU past George Mason's balanced attack.

American Idol: Omaha auditions, 8 p.m. on FOX

Idol is only worth watching for another few episodes, so we must make the most of it. Omaha seems to be a random destination. I'm expecting some terrible singing.

Men's College Basketball: Tennessee at Alabama, 9 p.m. on ESPN

It's a two-man show for ‘Bama with Richard Hendrix and Alonzo Gee doing all the work. With Chris Lofton back on track, the Vols should roll.

Wednesday

American Idol: Miami auditions, 8 p.m. on FOX

I've been to Miami several times because I have some family down there. Needless to say I'm very excited for these auditions. There should be some great talent and some awful performances.

Men's College Basketball: Mississippi State at Arkansas, 8 p.m. on MyVLT-2

This is a match-up between the SEC West's top two teams. State's Jamont Gordon is making a case for conference player of the year.

Men's College Basketball: Texas at Texas A&M, 9 p.m. on ESPN2

It lacks the star power of last year's game between these two with no Kevin Durant or Acie Law, but these are still two very good teams. It should provide a good game.

NBA Basketball: Cavaliers at Trail Blazers, 9 p.m. on ESPN

LeBron James and the Cavs take on the Brandon Roy and the Blazers. Portland has been one of the league's surprise stories despite having the league's youngest roster.

Thursday

Women's College Basketball: Tennessee at Mississippi, 8 p.m. on CSS

The Lady Vols will look to win in Oxford, where the Lady Rebels have lost just once this season.

NBA Basketball: Mavericks at Celtics, 8 p.m. on TNT

Two of the five NBA teams with 30 or more wins square off in Boston Thursday night. Kevin Garnett could be out after missing Sunday's game in Orlando.

NBA Basketball: Spurs at Suns, 10:30 p.m. on TNT

One of the NBA's most heated rivalries gets renewed late Thursday night. San Antonio has struggled of late, but remains one of the league's most dangerous teams.

Friday

NBA Basketball: Jazz at Wizards, 8 p.m. on ESPN

Caron Butler has proven his all-star status during Gilbert Arenas's absence in Washington, while Carlos Boozer and Deron Williams have the Jazz in playoff contention once again.

Friday Night Lights: Leave No One Behind, 9 p.m. on NBC

One of the last remaining shows with new episodes is about to run out as well. This writers' strike really needs to end.

NBA Basketball: Knicks at Trail Blazers, 10:30 p.m. on ESPN

Who am I kidding? No one wants to watch the Knicks. It's Friday night, get out of the house.

Saturday

Men's College Basketball: Kentucky at Georgia, 1 p.m. on CBS

The Wildcats appear to have finally bought in to Billy Gillespie's coaching style, while things are looking down for the Bulldogs.

Men's College Basketball: Florida at Arkansas, 3 p.m. on CBS

Florida is blossoming into a team that should be very dangerous come tournament time, but winning on the road over a good team is something they haven't done yet.

College Football: All-Star Challenge, 4 p.m. on ESPN

Some of college football's finest players gather in a skills competition. This is the final look at college football for a long time.

Men's College Basketball: Auburn at Vanderbilt, 5 p.m. on FSN

Vandy has proven to be a fraud now that they've matched up with some good teams on the road, but the injury-riddled Tigers should be an easy enough match-up.

Men's College Basketball: South Carolina at Mississippi, 5 p.m. on SportSouth

Ole Miss has dropped its last two games, both on the road. They've yet to win a conference game away from home, but this one's in Oxford. Expect the Rebs to roll.

Men's College Basketball: Tennessee at Mississippi State, 7 p.m. on FSN

This is the biggest game of the young SEC season and pits the conference's top two teams at the moment.

Men's College Basketball: Arizona at UCLA, 9 p.m. on ESPN

The Wildcats have played an extremely difficult schedule and will look to use that experience and come out with a win against the highly ranked Bruins.

Sunday

Men's College Basketball: North Carolina at Florida State, 2 p.m. on FSN

UNC has bounced back from its first loss of the season, but Florida State is typically tough on highly ranked teams, especially in Tallahassee.

NBA Basketball: Mavericks at Pistons, 2:30 p.m. on ABC

This is another match-up of teams that have won over 30 games. Each should be alive late in the playoffs, but they both appear to be missing something to me.

Women's College Basketball: Kentucky at Tennessee, 3 p.m. on MyVLT-2

This will be the Lady Vols third game in a week and provides a pre-game viewing option to get away from all the Super Bowl talk.

Super Bowl XLII: Patriots vs. Giants, 6 p.m. on FOX

Ummm....it's the Super Bowl. I'm not explaining anything.
