Tips for success this semester

School can be a drag sometimes, especially when you get that gut-wrenching feeling you forgot something important. Next thing you know, you're sitting in class watching everybody else hand in pristine copies of their take home test. Success can come with hard work, but there is more to it than that. These tips are here to help you find your grades rising higher than your school loan payment.

GET UP ON TIMEIt begins with the right tools. Get in the mind set that you will do better. Get excited about the fabulous classes that are right up your alley. If all your classes seem totally lame and boring, maybe it's time to find a new major. You should be interested in your major, after all.

Make sure to be stocked with the appropriate implements. Grab a hearty breakfast, check your pocket protector and make sure you have paper (the better to take notes with). It's a great idea to invest in a planner with ample space for assignments; organization is key in this endeavor.

Finally, GET UP ON TIME. Being late typically annoys teachers and that is no help when favors are needed. Good luck this semester and in all your undertakings.
