Tuesday

American Idol: Atlanta auditions, 8 p.m. on FOX

This is the last week of auditions for Idol, meaning only two more shows of the bad stuff. I'll be recording this one on the DVR because of...

Men's College Basketball: Florida at Tennessee, 9 p.m. on ESPN

I'll be at Thompson-Boling Arena for this game. Florida got blown out in its first true road test Saturday. I feel certain they were caught looking ahead to this game, so expect a good one.

Men's College Basketball: Duke at North Carolina, 9 p.m. on ESPN

This one really needs no explanation. It's the best rivalry in all of college sports and features two top five teams. It's also marks the return of Dick Vitale to announcing after missing time with a throat problem.

Soccer: Mexico at United States, 9 p.m. on ESPN2

Technically this is just a friendly match, but when these two teams meet friendly is the last thing to call it. The U.S. has called in all the big names for this contest, including 12 players from European-based clubs.

Thursday

Men's College Basketball: West Virginia at Pittsburgh, 7 p.m. on ESPN

The last time these two teams met in a sport the Panthers ruined WVU's chances of a football national championship. Even though it's a different game, the intensity is sure to be high in the "Backyard Brawl".

The Lady Vols will look to continue its roll in Starkville. The team has won 10 straight since falling at Stanford, while Mississippi State sits near the bottom of the SEC standings.

Men's College Basketball: UCLA at Washington State, 10:30 on FSN

Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony lead the way for Denver against Caron Butler and Antawn Jamison of Washington.

Sunday

NBA Basketball: Spurs at Celtics, 1 p.m. on ABC

Two of the odds-on favorites to win the NBA title take the floor in Boston. San Antonio is attempting to cope with the loss of point guard Tony Parker, while Kevin Garnett has recently missed time for the Celtics.

Men's College Basketball: Indiana at Ohio State, 1 p.m. on CBS

Expect a thrilling game in the high 50s between these two Big Ten powerhouses. And that has nothing to do with bad offense, it's just really good defense in the Midwest.

Men's College Basketball: Clemson at North Carolina, 6:30 p.m. on FSN
The Tarheels will look to avoid a post-Duke hangover when Clemson comes to Chapel Hill. The Tigers nearly pulled the upset on UNC in the ACC opener last month but fell in overtime.
