"It was a good day on paper for my hitting," Huff said. "Although there are a few things I could work on."
Rhodes continued to dominate as she had a quick second inning including two more strikeouts.
"Pitching today was like coming out for another day at the ball park," Rhodes said. "This is one of our last midweek [games] and we came out ready to go."

In the bottom half of the first, the Lady Vols were able to get back two runs. Posey singled and added another stolen base before Mogan singled her home. Mogan then stole a base and scored on a Callahan single.
"I was mad because we had five straight batters with runners in scoring position and we didn't hit it out of the infield," Weekly said.
Ward came out in the second and third innings and made quick work of Western Carolina to keep the Catamounts lead to one run. Ward struck out the first two batters before getting the third to fly out to center field in the second. She added another strikeout in a three-batter third inning.
In the bottom of the third, Tennessee took the lead on a Shannon Doepking double that scored Kajitani and Callahan.
"I had a couple good at bats today," Doepking said. "The team hit really good and we were able to put up a lot of runs."
