The Friends of the University of Tennessee Gardens will host Lunchtime and Twilight in the Gardens on Tuesday, Oct. 16, beginning at noon.
"Visitors of all ages enjoy a leisurely tour of the gardens, where staff point out seasonal highlights and visitors can ask questions and enjoy the spectacular beauty," said Elizabeth Burman, the executive director of Friends of the UT Gardens.

The University Gardens is a 10-acre public garden with 1,000 woody plants and 2,000 varieties of annual herbaceous plants. The gardens recieve about 50,000 visitors annually.
The Gardens are located on the University of Tennessee Agriculture campus off Neyland Drive and accross from the Tennessee River.
The host of the event, the Friends of UT Gardens, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) 800-member organization established in 1992.
