UT is celebrating Earth month by offering a variety of environmentally-friendly events that will be open to the public at no charge.
University Dining Services will be participating by providing students with organic menu options. Components will be used that will leave no trash after the meals are eaten.
The Green Dining Day will be April 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Morrill Dining Hall.
